Phadia LabCommunity


Phadia LabCommunity is a customer service program for remote troubleshooting and support.

As a member of Phadia LabCommunity, the laboratory is connected to Phadia for support, service and updating purposes. Phadia can collect instrument log files, monitor the system and make software updates.

Phadia Result Guidance


Phadia Result Guidance is an allergy interpretation tool that helps doctors diagnosing their patients.

With this tool, both case history and ImmunoCAP IgE antibody test results are taken into account to provide patient specific guidance as an aid in the allergy diagnosis.
